Dakoda Ridge Local Braidwood Garlic
Dunganski garlic lovingly grown without chemicals in Mongarlowe, just outside Braidwood NSW. The flavour of this garlice is very good raning from moderate to hot when eaten raw. When cooked it has a lovely nutty flavour and is extremely nice baked whole. Add whole bulbs (skin on) to your baked veggies and roast lamb - wont be disappointed!
